Probiotics for Histamine Intolerance

Histamine intolerance is a popular topic of discussion in the health community. Awareness of this issue seems to be increasing, and more and more people are self-identifying as “histamine intolerant.” I used to suffer from a pretty severe histamine intolerance. I have used multiple strategies to address my intolerance, and have ultimately decreased it significantly.
