The psychological stress, alterations in our daily routines, fluctuations in food availability, and even boredom that many people are experiencing right now are all linked in the scientific literature to detrimental changes in eating behaviors, including poor food choices and increased emotional eating. Rosemary-Thyme Turkey Jerky

I originally bought the dehydrator for the purpose of dehydrating food for backpacking this summer; however, I quickly realized that this appliance has many more uses! Greek Meatballs and Gluten-Free Flatbread

I have recently begun to experiment with some globally-inspired recipes that comply with my diet, which is gluten- and dairy-free, and I am happy to say that my love for different cuisines has been renewed!
